TERMS AND CONDITIONS - INTERMEDIATION IN BUYING, SELLING AND RENTING OF REAL ESTATES
The basic thing of our business conditions is the Contract for intermediation which must be signed with every client.
In case of selling we are entering into agreement of intermediation with the owner of the real estate. If our Agency find a buyer for that real estate the owner is obligated to pay commission for our service (intermediation) which is: at least 2 % and maximum 4% plus taxes (all acording to the price list of the Croatian Chamber of Economy).
In case of buying we are entering into agreement of intermediation with the potential buyer. If he (the potential buyer) decide to buy the real estate which is a part of our Agency offer he is also obligated to pay commission for our service (intermediation) which is: at least 2% and maximum 3% plus taxes (all acording to the price list of the Croatian Chamber of Economy).
In case of renting we are entering into agreement of intermediation with the lanlord and with the potential leasee respectively. Both of them are obligated to pay commission for our service (intermediation) which is: 1 monthly rental fee plus taxes (one time basis).
This terms are valid for all real estates in our offer except for those which are marked diferently at our website.
We want to remark that all this commissions must be payed only in case of realization of the contract. Also we have some discounts (10%) for this categories of clients:
a)
young married couples (max 5 years of marriage)
b)
retired persons
c)
married couples with 3 or more children
Remark: discount can be count only for one category.
