Vukovarka d.o.o. - basic information about the company
Our company was founded at 11.09.2006. in Vukovar, registrated at commercial court in Osijek at 05.10.2006. with head office in Vukovar (Priljevo 70) and it is located in area of special state concern.
It is a 100% private company of owner Mrs Ružice Dufek and she is also general menager in the company. During her previos work she recived the first prize among women entrepreneurs for the best entrepreneur idea (in 2003). This acknowledgement was awarded by the Croatian Ministry of economy work and entrepreneurship. She has also recived a year prize (2004) from the county of Vukovar-srijem for promotion of the county in the world of business. Beside that she is very active in humanitarian actions, and she is also a member of many organizations such as: "League--society against cancer", Society for protection of consummers in Vukovar-srijem county and finally she was the first president of Lions club Vukovar
Primary our company is making business like a real estate agency. After our town Vukovar has been reconstructed and with the fact that many people and companies arrived in this area, we decided to establish an Agency for intermediation of real estate (including buying, selling and renting) and for that purpose we employed 2 apprentice with higher education.
After that we made an official website of the agency (croatian and english) which made our job much easier because that was the best way to present our offer to everyone (with text and pictures) and we may say that our clients and visitors are completely satisfied.
Beside that we want to emphasize the fact that our another important servises are: web design, teaching people how to use computers (individual aproach) and design of broshures and banners (advertising).
Our company is planing to renovate a devastated object near Vukovar (which is property of family Dufek) and to use it like a redemption terminal for agricultural products. Our Ministry of Agriculture, forestry and water economy has recognised this idea and sufinanced this project.
Vukovarka d.o.o. has a business corelation with a organization for unemployed persons (Slavonija Posao) which has a database of qualifikation of workers and also we are in cooperation with many other organization with simillar interest.
At the end it is significantly to say that in 2007 we had 2 employed workers and today in 2008 we have 6 and still there is posibility that we are going to expand. Our company consist of young but skilled team of workers full of enthusiasm and responibility. That makes our business very respectable and with good management system it contributes to our positive results.
